Intercountry Committees (ICCs) are networks that connect Rotary members, clubs and districts in two or more countries. Formed with the approval of the district governors concerned, they strengthen relationships across borders, promote intercultural understanding and create opportunities for long-term cooperation.
ICCs can support club twinning, Rotary Friendship Exchanges, international service projects and other joint initiatives. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, ICC activities are coordinated across Districts 1980, 1990 and 2000. The establishment of a new ICC is coordinated at this level and requires the approval of the governors concerned.
